Rates Small Print All Rates include, but are not limited to: All facilities within Camelot Castle at time of vacation, pool heating, hot tub/spa heating, baby equipment, games room equipment, utilities, linens, bath robes, bath towels, pool towels, free local, long distance and international phone calls, computer with broadband & wireless internet access and end of stay cleaning. All rates are currently plus State and County taxes of 12%. Payment method is via VISA or MasterCard. We reserve the right to increase advertised prices without notice. Confirmed bookings will not be subject to price increases. **Ask about our rates for the 2011 USBC Open Championships to be held at Disney from February thru July 2011**

Booking Terms & Conditions

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

Before a booking can be accepted a member of the party must complete and sign the booking form as indicated. The signatory, who must be 25 years or older, shall then be deemed as the agent for all persons shown on the form. Your booking is confirmed and guaranteed when the deposit is paid. PAYMENT OF BALANCE

Full payment must be received 8 weeks or more prior to departure date. Failure to make payment within the specified period will entitle us to cancel the booking and claim the appropriate cancellation charges.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Upon arrival an authorization, on either a VISA or MasterCard credit card, for US$250 will be taken against breakages or damage caused during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made you will be advised in writing, otherwise the authorization will expire within a few days of you vacating Camelot Castle.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the whole or part of the booking once it has been confirmed, we must be informed in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

Prior to 8 weeks – Loss of deposit only.

Less than 8 weeks – Loss of total rental charge.

IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel a reservation i.e. including Acts of God, civil disturbances, riots, flood, drought, fire and legislation, only repayment in full of any Monies paid in respect of the reservation will be made. We will do everything in our power to find suitable alternative accommodation through the US Management Company, however we can accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the hirer in these circumstances.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Camelot Castle. Smokers are welcome to smoke on the decking area only. Ashtrays are provided.

CAMELOT CASTLE OCCUPANCY

Camelot Castle is licensed by Polk County, Florida for a maximum occupancy of 8 persons plus 1 baby. Only those persons named on the Booking Form are permitted residency of Camelot Castle for all or part of the rental period. Any persons occupying the home overnight and not shown on the booking form will be requested to leave the premises by the Management Company.

NAME CHANGES TO PARTY MEMBERS

The names shown on the booking form should be the same as those shown in the passports (Non-US) of your party members at time of rental. Any amendments to names made after the booking form has been received by us, must be notified to us in writing.

SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB/SPA

The property has a private swimming pool and separate Hot Tub/Spa. The Owners do not accept any liability for any injury however caused as a result of the use of the Pool and/or the Hot Tub/Spa. When the Pool water is heated then the blue cover should be in place at all times when the Pool is not in use to ensure that the water remains heated. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool or to cover/uncover the pool. Guests should read the directions for use of the Hot Tub/Spa which are clearly presented in the instruction folder at Camelot Castle as persons with certain medical conditions are advised not to use the Hot Tub/Spa. The cover should be in place at all times when the Hot Tub/Spa is not in use. Children under 5 years old are advised not to use the Hot Tub/Spa as per guidelines from the American Heart Association. Local laws apply.

SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM

Camelot Castle is protected by a monitored security system which not only acts as a burglar deterrent but is also a monitored fire alarm. Therefore it is a condition of booking Camelot Castle that all guests activate the alarm whenever it is unoccupied.

TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE

Guests are advised to have appropriate travel/medical insurance in force for both the period of rental and their entire holiday. All matters arising with regard to loss or injury should be directed to the respective insurance company.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

As owners of the property, we, our servants or agents, will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: strikes, riots, political unrest, war or the threat of war, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, aircraft, closure of airports, or any other event beyond the owner’s control.

Aircraft captains are legally entitled to deny boarding to any passengers who present themselves at the aircraft in an unacceptable state due to the influence of drink or drugs. Any passenger so doing will be deemed as having given notice of his/her cancellation of the booking at that time and the aforementioned cancellation charges will apply.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS FOR NON-US GUESTS

All passengers, including children and infants, must possess a full passport valid for at least six months beyond their return date. If in doubt contact your local passport office. The name on your passport should be the same as the name on the booking form.

The majority of visitors to the USA from Britain no longer require a visa as a result of the Visa Waiver program. There are some exclusions such as British Subject passports, Eire passports and anyone with a criminal record. Should you believe any of these apply to you or any member of your party please contact the US embassy or any travel agency for guidance, especially if you do not hold a British Citizen passport. This information was correct at time of print.

It is the responsibility of the guest to make sure that he/she has all the correct travel documents. The Owners cannot accept any liability for any of the aforementioned conditions not being met or any refusal of passage.

PERSONAL SAFETY

The Owners cannot accept any liability for your personal safety during your residency of Camelot Castle. Guests are reminded to exercise care as to the personal safety of themselves and all party members. Whenever possible valuables should be left secure and out of sight. It is the guest's responsibility to exercise a duty of care at all times and party leaders should ensure that all their party follow all the comprehensive operational and safety instructions relating to the use of facilities and equipment, familiarize themselves with the fire procedure displayed in the home and confirm all persons using Camelot Castle are adequately covered by appropriate personal theft/accident/injury/public liability insurance.

PETS

To ensure the comfort of all of our guests, pets, even beautifully behaved ones, are not permitted in Camelot Castle. If a pet is found to be at Camelot Castle, no matter for how short a time, then you will be charged for a thorough deep clean of the entire property including carpets and comforters and for any damage that the pet may have done whilst in the property, deck and/or garden areas.

INSECTS

Florida is a tropical state and as such insects and small creatures are inevitable and are not a cause for complaint. Their presence is no reflection on the cleanliness of the property. Camelot Castle is treated regularly as part of a pest and termite control program. Keep all windows and external doors closed whenever possible; not only will this help to keep bugs from the property, but it will also enable the air conditioning unit to function more efficiently.

PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS

In the very unlikely event that you experience any problems with Camelot Castle you must contact our local Management Company who will do their best to assist and rectify the matter as soon as is practically possible. Should a problem remain unresolved the Owners must be notified immediately.
